📦 Ordering & Orders
How do I place an order?
Find the poster you want, choose the size and optional frame, and add it to the cart. Then follow the payment process, and you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@ellens-postershop.dk or +45 61 10 50 20, and we will do what we can. We cannot guarantee changes, as production starts quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet gone into production, we will be happy to assist you.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided when ordering. Check your spam folder if it does not appear.
Can I order as a gift?
Yes. You can simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address. You can also contact us if you would like a personal greeting included.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, the order confirmation serves as a receipt. If you need further documentation, please feel free to contact us.
What should I do if I have entered the wrong address?

What is the delivery time?
We deliver within 1-3 business days in Denmark. For international orders, delivery times may vary.
What does delivery cost?
Shipping in Denmark costs 49 DKK. For purchases over 599 DKK, shipping is free. International orders cost 79 DKK for shipping.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been shipped.
Which shipping company do you use?
We ship with GLS
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. We collaborate with printing centers globally, which means shorter delivery times no matter where you are located.
What should I do if my package is delayed?

What should I do if my package has not arrived?

What type of paper are the posters printed on?
We print on high-quality FSC®-certified paper.
Are the posters FSC-certified?
Yes, our paper is FSC® certified, ensuring responsible forestry.
How are the posters printed?
We use modern latex printing technology, which provides sharp colors and an environmentally friendly result.
Are the colors on the poster the same as on the website?
We strive to reproduce the colors as accurately as possible, but there may be slight variations depending on your screen.
What sizes can I choose from?
We offer a wide range of sizes. See all options directly on the product page.
Are the posters sold with or without a frame?
You can buy the posters both with and without a frame.
How do I best store my posters?
Store the poster rolled or flat in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, until you are ready to hang it up.

What frames do you offer?

What material are the frames made of?

Are the posters delivered framed?
Only if you have selected a frame when ordering.
Can I buy frames separately?
Yes, you can buy frames without posters directly on the website.
How do I change the poster in the frame?
Open the back of the frame, remove the old poster, and place the new one inside. Most of our frames are easy to open without tools.
My frame is damaged – what should I do?
Contact us at info@ellens-postershop.dk with pictures of the damage, and we will find a solution.
🎨 Personalized Posters
How do personalized posters work?
You customize the poster directly on the product page – for example with a name, date, or text – and we print it for you.
Can I see a draft before printing?
Yes, for selected personalized posters, we send a draft for approval before we start production.
How long does the production take?
Typically 1-3 business days, after which the poster is shipped.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. Since production starts quickly, we cannot always guarantee changes.
Can personalized posters be returned?
Personalized posters are made especially for you and generally cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part.
What image quality should I use when uploading?
We recommend high-resolution images for the best results. A minimum of 300 DPI is recommended.

Do I have the right to return?
Yes, you have a 14-day return policy on standard items. Personalized posters generally cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at info@ellens-postershop.dk to initiate a return, and we will guide you through the process.
Who pays for the return shipping?
In case of cancellation, the customer pays the return shipping. However, if the item is damaged or incorrect, we will of course pay the return shipping.
What should I do if my poster is damaged?
Send us an email at info@ellens-postershop.dk with pictures of the damage, and we will make sure to send a new one or find another solution.
What should I do if I have received the wrong item?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@ellens-postershop.dk, and we will correct the error and send the correct item.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
Once we have approved the return, the refund will typically be in your account within 1-3 business days.
