There is a 2-year right to lodge a complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right to lodge a complaint applies to defects in materials and/or workmanship. You may have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The right to lodge a complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must lodge your complaint within a “reasonable period” after discovering the defect. Ellens Shop will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
