Repayment policy
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased from our online store.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You must cover the return shipping costs yourself.
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the date of cancellation, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days later.
Notification must be sent by email to info@ellens-postershop.dk. In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are only liable for any reduction in the item's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and the way it functions. In other words, you may try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive only part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the item, but you must not put it into actual use.
