Repayment policy
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
You must cover the return shipping costs yourself.
The cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment within 14 days.
The notification must be sent by email to info@ellensshop.dk. In the message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item, but not actually use it.

Does it come with a frame?
For most posters the answer will be: No, unfortunately. However, in some collections, such as acrylic paintings, an optional frame is included.
Do you have a size guide?
For all posters, there is an overview with a size guide at the bottom of the description.

When will my package arrive?
Delivery times vary greatly depending on which poster you have purchased.
Normally our delivery times are:

However, it can vary a lot as some posters must first be produced.
If you are unsure where your package is, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support.
What paper are the posters printed on?
It varies greatly depending on which poster was purchased.
But there will always be a product description from the supplier in the description that explains in more detail.
How do you make the posters?
Typically we will print the posters with a

However, it also varies as some posters are also handmade.
