Product description:

William Morris' Chrysanthemum pattern from 1877 covers the entire poster with large, cream-colored flowers in dense clusters. The flowers unfold between layers of light and dark green leaves, while the dark green background creates contrast with the soft yellow tones. The repeating pattern creates a dense, decorative structure typical of Morris' textile designs from the late 19th century.

The poster fits beautifully in the bedroom, where the muted green tones contribute to a subdued atmosphere. In the utility room, the pattern breaks up the simple surfaces with a botanical expression. The combination of green and cream-white creates a classic Arts and Crafts look that works well on its own or as part of a gallery wall. See the poster at Ellens.
